Assuming you are like most keepers and that you only have a club coach and not a goalkeeping coach. Most of this stuff on the video can be incorporated into a shooting drill, purely by doing a one on one off shooting rotation.
i.e. One attacker goes in for a straight shot at the keeper and the next attacker goes in on another angle to hit say the “bobble board” (the rubber looking flat thing) so it makes a harder save.
Also another way of using these is to “borrow” an attacker go to another goal and practice that way. Or do the same if there is another goalkeeper.
I will be hopefully acquiring some of this equipment and break into regional coaching at a junior level to employ these drills.
Hope some of that made some sense to all of you.
In regards to the ‘bobble-board’ – a set of angled wings at the top edge would not only give the keeper variation but would deflect balls in a different direction for those blasted deflections.
Just a thought and the invoice is in the mail for the ‘consulting’ services

Nice stuff, but how do I get my coach to use it?
