One of my personal faves for off and in season conditioning is a simple jump rope. I, for one, can’t ‘do’ a rope like a boxer – but then again, I like to think that I have more brains than a pugilist due to my amazing OBO headgear! But I do find that using a jump rope is great for cardio work; fantastic for keeping me on my toes for stance and readiness sort of stuff and finally gives me a great looking pair of buns and thighs for the summer season! Because, let’s face it be male or female the only chance of being asked out on a date wearing all our stuff is by another keeper.

(In hindsight maybe I shouldn’t have mentioned the buns one!)

After 10 days of 30 mins an evening; multiple bruises to the back of my head from my hands dropping (also good for stance and readiness work), I can easily do 1,000 in just under 17 mins.

Please Note: We are not big on rules around OBO, in fact we have broken a few in our time. But please; keep it positive never negative, keep it helpful never personal and always show respect. Cheers Simon B
